Did you grow up in a family with brothers and sisters? If so, was it all holding hands and group hugs and singing "Kumbaya?" Probably not. Sure, there was so many great times. But along the way, you likely experienced conflicts and competing desires and hurt feelings. As hard as some of those conflicts were, you also probably arrived at adulthood relatively unscathed. But parents of multiple children still want to see their children get along and resolve those conflicts smoothly and quickly.
