Whenever I watch young children at play I find myself saying one thing to myself over and over: "Kids have to run!" It is almost as if their natural state is swift movement, and it seems universal. As children get older they gain inhibitions and shyness, and need to be coaxed into returning to their natural instinct for energetic movement, but it is so important they do so.
